You can't see the lake from the house, but it's a very close walk to a public beach. I loved the interior design of the house, particularly the kitchen and living room. It had a minimalist look, which I wish my own house had! Downside: the bathroom blind wasn't completely private (too big for the window, so it stuck out, making the view around the edges visible).
