We paid for Apple got orange . It’s a common scam, I read about it online. They also charged me city tax twice, once at time of reservation and one on my credit card without authorization. Stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed. The alternative property was all the way in the back and looking at roofs and not enough beds . Property owner informed me in last minute that there was a leak at the apartment I supposed to stay with my four children. Instead of trying to find same level apartment she dumped me for the most horrible apartment in Venice. NO view, blood stained comforter, ants in the bad room. I want a refund. It was absolutely horrible experience. The apartment I supposed to stay had 3 bedrooms, washer and dishwasher. All those things were missing from the apartment where to owner dumped me and my four kids. I am wondering if VRBO is going to do anything about it. ##### Jaana C.
