Very sunny loft in the heart of Venice, in a characteristic yet very quiet area. This 60sqm apartment is located in a modern building with a private entrance on the first floor, offering a wonderful view of a lovely playground. It is conveniently close to all services (vaporetto, supermarket...).  
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette: oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV.  
One bathroom with a bathtub.  
Two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed for one person, air conditioning, and independent heating.  
Towels provided.  
Bed linens provided.  
Free WiFi.  
Tourist tax: €4 per person/night to be paid on-site in cash at check-in.  
Child equipment: toilet reducer, high chair, crib with sides. Available upon request only.
