A great find.
A warm welcome from reception and Barbara especially was excellent. She sourced an Apple plug for me without which I could not have used my iPad and iPhone as I had only brought the lead. A superb position, good bedroom and en-suite. Breakfast was fine and the staff were efficient, helpful and polite.The lobby was attractively decorated and the hotel was cosy. We'll be going again next year!

Everything was great at our arrival, great location, looked clean. But I was unable to sleep because something started to bite me. I thought they were mosquitos but instead they were fleas, I kind led five of them and took them to the lobby. The staff was like no issue just move to another room. Didn’t really care about the damage. We were uncomfortable after that. We also asked for an extra hour to check out and the declined arguing they will charge us a late fee. I had bites in my elbows, legs and forehead.

Magical night in Venice
My wife and I had a fantastic stay. A beautiful room overlooking the courtyard with a view of the canal. Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast, excellent cappuccino. We will definitely return

Property is in a good location. The hotel advertised it had a bar they do not have beer and they had to go out and get wine . But there are plenty of places to eat and drink

Pesaro Palace is in a fabulous location with wonderful views. Staff friendly and hotel clean although decor slightly tired. No bar service if you wanted an evening nightcap or pre dinner drink although there was a hotel next door . Only other issue is our bathroom was upstairs which was fine for us but not if you had any mobility issues.
