The flat is suitable for no more than two people. “Nati’s House” offers the comfort and the charm that could emphasize the value of your stay in this spectacular city of the world. Very well lighted, it faces with a balcony a marvellous typical Venetian canal, in a part of Venice, which still belongs to Venetians. We think this is a great value for the wise tourist. The double bed is equipped with a unique mattress (we have recently replaced the old bed following clients' suggestions). The flat is completely furnished, some pieces of furniture are antique and it is located at the floor above the ground floor, that is the 'second level' considering the USA meaning, Mind that in Italy and most of Europe 'first floor' indicates what in the USA is a 'second level'. So the apartment is safely far from humidity of the ground floors and it is easily reachable with only one flight of stairs. “Nati’s House” is waiting you just four minutes by the Alilaguna water bus stop (shuttle service from/to the airport). Starting from 24 March 2025, guests will find a completely new bed (new net and new double mattress). We thanks the guests who pointed out in their reviews the necessity of this replacement. We have an automatic door opening device for the check in. It works with a simple telephonic call: your phone has to be able to initiate a call to an Italian number while you are standing in front of the building door. There are no costs for this call: the opening system does not reply, just recognize the phone number of the caller). Staying for 12 nights allowed us to explore and walk to all other areas of Venice. Our own little piece of Venetian paradise, and we would love to return as soon as possible. There is no air conditioning, which we chose not to have, so we could acclimatise, but staying in June was not as hot as it would be in August. Check-in was perfect, as was communication and advice. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we return, if we could have rated our holiday as 10 stars, we would have.
