The room was lovely, the staff were fantastic, friendly and even gave some good tips on where to eat and what water buses to use to see places. And the position of the hotel made it so easy to get to and from the water bus terminal and the breakfast was very nice with the selection available. Would recommend to stay here if visiting venice as its nice and close by water bus to venice.

Perfect location and stay...

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff on reception were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Perfect location opposite the water station. Roof terrace had a stunning view and as a solo traveller I would highly recommend staying here. Only negatives are that there wasn't many plug sockets and only English channel on the tv was bbc news, but who needs a tv when in Venice anyway!

Perfect stay for Venice

The hotel is in very easy reach of the boat station with a ferry from the airport. Public water taxis are very reliable and regular to Venice island. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and very friendly. A special mention to Matilda a receptionist who helped us with information. Staff were all very friendly. Great place to stay for a long weekend.

Great location for a quiet stay outside of Venice with only a 15 minute waterbus away from St Marks Square. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for everyone. The room had a great view of the water and was kept clean on a daily basis. Would stay here again and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great Hotel, I would definitely recommend this again. I had no issues with the staff or the rooms. The breakfast was a bit dry but I didnt mind it. Besides that excellent hotel if you are in San Nicolo.
