This lovely hotel is on a side street right on a canal just a short walk from Piazza Roma where all the transportation is located. We very much enjoyed the hotel bar and courtyard. The bed was comfy and bathroom well appointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The only thing we would note is the walls in the room need a new coat of paint - lots of scratches and chips. That certainly wouldn't keep us from staying here again! Great to have air conditioning!

It took us approximately 10 minutes walking from Roma Termini to the hotel. If you have small suitcases it us actually good for first impression of Rome 😁. Metro station straight by the hotel entrance that was very useful. Staff members are very professional and helped us with initial navigation. Food places they recommended were actually very good. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included a variety of tasty items. Accessibility to attractions was amazing and almost everything in walkable distance (remember you are walking in Rome, where everything is history).

Amazing stay with great morning breakfast more than expected. Reception Nadia and her colleague were wonder helpers. Suggest two restaurants to eat both have good lunch and dinner and very close to the hotel. If I visit Venice I will definitely stay with them again.

A clean, comfortable stay in the heart of Venice. The room was clean, reasonably sized, and the AC worked great. Francesco, at the front desk and concierge, was incredibly helpful with recommendations and booking day trips and transfers. We’re grateful for the time in such a beautiful city!
