High-level design apartment, consisting of a magnificent living room (with sofa bed), a complete kitchen, two spacious and bright double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with WC, washbasin and washing machine. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Central Location, Clean, Fresh, Remodeled, Spacious

This property was a very pleasant surprise. It was 2 times bigger than I would guess from the pictures. Everything was new and clean. Two bathrooms made life much easier. Location is very central with main bridge, markets, and restaurants located next to the entrance door. Every site in Venice can be reached in 15 minutes walk from the property. Grand canal with major water taxi and gondolas hub are few steps away from the building. This property is exceptional by all criteria.

The property is well maintained, clean, very comfortable, and very well located. Communication with the host was outstanding. The host, Vania, pick us at the port were the water taxi dropped us and took us to the apartment. Vania was very friendly and explained all things to us. She gave us some restaurants recommendations and advice on where to go. Only thing I wish they had was a fan as the apartment only have one air conditioner unit. However, Vania offered to buy and deliver one for us which I said it was OK and not needed. Still, it was comfortable at night.I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

This apartment was great! Good size, very clean! It’s in a fairly touristy area of Venice but only a 5 minute wLk from less congested areas. There is a/c but only in the common room, not in the bedrooms so if it’s not outside it is hot in the rooms. The communication with the management company was excellent. They assign an individual to meet you when you arrive. She helped us arrange a water taxi from the train station to the apartment and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport ion our check out day. They were also extremely responsive when the a/c unit started leaking-fixed it the same day. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Good stay, great location

Great location with a very accommodating space, but hit a little snafu with the air conditioner not working during my short stay - during the thick of summer. Tried to navigate this issue with the property manager, but this proved tricky due to [weekend] timing and scheduling.I was surprised there was no concession or partial refund offered.
