Another great stay. Once you arrive at the property, the young and professional staff at front desk are always welcoming and make you feel at home away from home. Don’t try to call, the telephone is never answered. The facilities and room are always super clean and the bed (in my opinion) is very comfortable. Many options to eat around and within walking distance. Parking is convenient and the shuttle runs smoothly and professionally.

I wish I was lying, I stayed with my mom at this hotel for one night. We were getting ready to go to bed, and I flipped open the blankets since we were going to sleep, and I found a disgusting worn and used dirty men’s underwear under the blankets in the sheets of the bed, with short curly hair all around the underwear. Disgusting. Period. I would never stay here again, and they refused to refund or compensate and only gave us a new room when we requested and made it sound like we put it there on purpose and it was our fault. The customer service was terrible, nothing is cleaned for sure, the front desk couldn’t care less about their customers and gave us so much attitude for something that was outrageously unacceptable and terrible! Book somewhere else and save yourself from a horrible and disgusting experience.

You can notice that the hotel is quite old already but it is clean. It is quite expensive for an one night. The free shuttle is very convinient and tuns every 15 and 45 mins each hour.

Far too often you are disappointed in your hotel. Pictures and websites look great and the experience is subpar. This hotel was perfect for my stay. Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. I will return.

The bathroom the water in the toilet would just run. After flushing the toilet sounded as if the water continued to fill. When I called and asked the front desk if it was normal that the toilet would be like that. I replied so your toilet takes 2 minutes to fill and that sounds continues he said yes. Also when I called the property about shuttle pick up they told me that I would just need to call and they would send the driver to come get us, but when we arrived that was not the case, the pick up is 45 minutes after.

The bathroom smelled like a cigar room. It was obvious that someone was using the bathroom to smoke in and there was no way of disguising it. I stayed at this property when it was a Sheraton property. Has gone down hill. The toilet handle was broken and it would periodically flush every hour

Location, location, location. Landsdowne is just across the street from the back door; and many favorite eateries are within walking distance. Paid parking is controlled by third party. Room style is modern and newly renovated. Escalator is secured safe by tapping the room key before you can enter the floor number. It will be in my next visit consideration since I visit TnT Supermarket in Landsdowne evert time. Other than they use a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet for the mattress, the rest of amenities are fine. Anything I need, I just ask housekeeping. They offer every other day turned-down service, which suits me; don’t like anyone in the room anyway. I normally turn the Do Not Disturb sign and the secured block/chain on as soon as I enter the room. And they got a couple piece of chocolate on a welcome card.

The only issue I have is that I got to the airport fairly late in the day (towards 9:30 pm) and I tried to phone about a shuttle because info at the airport said hotel shuttles stop at 9:30. When I phoned the toll-free hotel number and the reg hotel number about 5 times, there was no answer. Fortunately, at 9:45, the shuttle showed up on its own so everything worked out ok. It was just a bit perplexing (especially after 8 hrs of air flights during the day), that no one answered the phone call to reassure me that the shuttle would be coming

The hotel is very convenient close to everything. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only complaint is the refrigerator was a bit noisy and the air conditioner was loud when it turned on. I will come back for sure.

Quiet and clean. It was only 7 minutes drive from the Airport. Only suggestion is that the parking should be free here

I called from the airport for a shuttle. The first time, the guy told me it’s having a bit of issues but will be 25min or so. No problem. I called back at 35/40min, and the next guy then proceeded to tell me there was no issues, I was blind and it’s been there 3 times picking up “at least” 14 guests. (Not true - there wasn’t even 14 people total picked up for ALL the hotels in that time). I finally gave up and took a cab. This added $60 to the trip needing to pay transportation each way when it clearly said it was included. Would have stayed somewhere better that actually shuttled me for that price.

I followed the directions provided for the shuttle bus and had to wait 2 full cycles for a pick up. There was zero regard, accountability or apology from the front desk staff, and only after I asked to wait on hold while they confirmed with the driver did the driver actually show up despite three previous phone calls promises that they would.
