Newer clean hotel room with full kitchen. Great pool and lounge area. Didn't know breakfast was included - was informed at check in. It was a great selection of food!

It was our first time staying at this property but our son stayed there before and told us how nice it was. We were not disappointed—spotless and well-appointed room. Having the large refrigerator and kitchenette was a plus. Great complimentary breakfast. Wonderful staff in the breakfast area. All the staff we met from the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast area were friendly and professional and put the guests first. We will definitely be back.

Gavin went out of his way to help us check-in. We were there a bit early and he made us feel comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready. I liked the pool, the room was clean and quiet. The view was spectacular. The breakfast included a lot of options. We will stay longer next time.

Excellent location around Metrotown in Burnaby. Check-in was quick and staff was very polite, friendly & helpful. Parking was easy to find on level P3 and elevator was close by. Our unit was the the 2 queen beds. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Unit also had a fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, sink, large fridge with freezer, toaster, stove, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave and many utensils. The room was on the 13th floor with an awesome view. The swimming pool and hot pool was great with our 4 year old grandson. We highly recommend this hotel.
