Was nice but i noticed in the room i was staying thare was no gfci outlets in the bathroom and one of the bolts was missing on the toilet but still somehow very solid and didnt move at all not that any of that matters very nice will bring my out of town mistress here again

Even though there is noise from the highway, we are okay with it. The location is great because we can get to where we need to go easily (Coquitlam, Richmond, Costco, noodle place, etc.) The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly. Really appreciate their friendliness. It made our stay more enjoyable.

Sayed was very efficient and professional during check in and check out. Loved the toiletries and the coffee machine at front office. Shower head needs to be efficient as to saving water. Probably door needs more insulation or something as one can hear talking outside. Place is really clean and spacious. Great courtyard too although didn't get to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

The bathroom did not resemble the photos. There is no hand held shower and the toilet is very small and low. I am semi handicapped and this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the shower. The beds are very hard.

The people in the second floor were too noisy, I heard heavy footsteps in the middle of the night that’s kept me awake .. other than that hotel was fine just very small parking

The rooms were very clean and seemed newly renovated. The only thing that needed fixing was the plug in the shower didn't stay open. Other than that everything was great

Very modern decor. Comfy bed with cable and a smart tv with Youtube app built in. USB charging on night table. Very clean. Only thing that I did not like was the fridge when it came on sounded like a very gusty wind outside (something to do with compressor I think) but after first night I got used to it. Being next to Grandview make sure to have earplugs as can hear some traffic noise. Nice little courtyard in the center of property and I believe the front desk was manned around the clock. Would def stay again.

I recently stayed at a hotel that impressed me significantly due to a couple of standout features. Firstly, the location was excellent, offering convenient access to numerous attractions making it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding area. Secondly, the staff was exceptionally warm and hospitable. I have stayed in many hotels, but the front desk lady here made a memorable impression with her enthusiastic and helpful demeanor

Our hockey family booked for provincials in March and the courtyard area was a perfect spot for gathering (great weather). Moomtaz was very helpful, sweet and made us feel at home. The only complaint would be the lack of a frying pan in the kitchenette, but loved our kitchenette. Be sure to ask for a room off the highway, if a light sleeper. I wear earplugs and use a sound machine, so I was fine. We enjoyed our stay and would book again, in the future.

Very nice 3 night stay in this newly renovated hotel! Excellent, friendly front desk service and my suite was very clean. Just be aware that this hotel is on the Grandview Highway so there will be quite a bit of traffic noise; if you are a deep sleeper, you'll have no problems here. :)
