"Booked this property for company personnel working storm restoration efforts for hurricane Milton. Despite property not having power initially, Julie and JB were most responsive and flexible for our party. Check in/out process was simple and the property has individual bathrooms for each bedroom - top floor unit with easy access. Great value as marketed."

"Good location for Busch gardens but facility is very run down and was clearly some dorm set up. Clean and operational, but didnt have kitchen knives , only some plates and forks. Unit was clean but very run down. Host few is very high for the amenities - pool dirty and grills didnt work."

"Location is perfect but upon arriving the first evening the stale cigarette smell as I walked in was a bad experience. I immediately contacted the host but did not get a reply until the next evening. Fortunately this was a working trip and we were not there during the day. We were able to open up windows the next eve and that helped. Fortunately the bedroom area didn’t smell as bad. There should have been a return of some fees!"
