« Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout. « Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. « The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero.. »

« I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not. »

« I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate. »

« The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. »

Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète.
