"I really loved this hotel! BUT there was only one problem… the hot tub was NOT maintained! It was green. It’s not that big so it should’ve been easy to change the water, but it was left to turn green. The kids had a blast in the pool which looked clean, but us parents were not able to utilize the hot tub. It was upsetting. Obviously the staff responsible was not doing their job. Other than that, it was a great place. I would like to come back but they would have to show me pictures of the hot tub."
