« Hôtel vieillot des année ´60. Correct. Personnel sympatique et accueillant. Odeur de cigarette persistante dans les corridors. Bon déjeuner. »

« L'hôtesse d'accueil à notre arrivée a été irrespectueuse et absolument pas aidante, ce qui n'a pas aidé à démarrer de manière positive. Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète. Aucun dédommage n'a été proposé, alors que ces deux éléments avaient guidé notre choix pour cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais l'hôtel ne propose que de la vaisselle jetable (des assiettes aux couverts en passant par des gobelets) ce qui est...

« Personnels au top! Super sympa. Beaucoup de boissons gratuites, même un verre de vin ! L'hôtel est très moderne, le autres hôtels devraient prendre exemple sur cet établissement ! Je recommande à 300%! »

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« Horrible service waited hours for our room well beyond the check-in time. Would t provide new towels and told us we had to wait till they washed the ones we already had. Never cleaned our room once in the 4 days we were in the room »

« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« Un hotel comme tant d autres aux US, mais qui malgré des parties communes au look fatigué, vous offre de grandes chambres spacieuses et agréable, pour un prix acceptable. À recommander »

« Pool was down a lot think they could figure that out after pool hours. Not really pet friendly $150 non refundable!!!! Should get some back!!! Just lie and say you don’t have a dog with you and save some money!!! »

« The rooms were clean small, no air conditioning to speak of, room was very warm. Parking was limited and uncovered not monitored vehicles covered two spots. Did not use laundry services. »

« Clean room. Close walking distance to restaurants. Underground parking. staff was helpful. Had to ask for towels as they were not in the room. »
