Please is very old… the water in the bathtub don’t work.. wasn’t able to take a good shower. No food on the property. Hotel stuff was great

Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor. I would recommend book and ask them to handle everything you need in Aswan to Luxor to have a great trip. A cruise is peaceful and a nice way to see the countryside. I only wish I had done a bit longer one as its a lot of temples to see in only 3 nights

Steigenberger Nile Palace exceeded my expectations. After a "so-so" Cairo/Giza hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the real "upscale" experience—and for a very reasonable price, to boot! I opted for the "half board" option, and the dinners I had at both a-la-carte restaurants were hands down the best ones during my vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, but please keep in mind that "City View" rooms can be a little noisy, as Egyptian drivers are famous for "beeping" their way through...
