"Excellent location for exploring all on East Bank and walkable to west bank public ferry if required. The front Nile view was awesome and the grounds and swimming pool excellent. Good choice of eateries on site for convenience -reasonably priced. Good selection at breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff, especially the manager Wael. The only downside really was l thought the rooms are due an refurbishment. The decor was a little tired and dated, small bathroom, and in the room I had the bathroom sink tap was hanging loose and difficult to operate, needs urgent attention. Overall the plus points and positives made this a good choice and value for money. I would recommend it."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt like my own brother was welcoming me into his home. Mahmoud was fantastic 🌟The hospitality was warm, genuine, and unforgettable. The hotel has such beautiful, authentic Egyptian character. It’s not about luxury or being fancy—it’s about art, history, and feeling connected to the culture. Every corner has something special. The Wi-Fi was 10/10, which was honestly something I had struggled to find during my trip. And the Egyptian breakfast was delicious! The falafel, eggs, fries, vegetables, and all the different flavors were such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my stay so special. I will be coming back to Egypt next year, and I will definitely stay at Cleopatra Hotel again. ❤️🇪🇬"

"I loved this hotel because, it’s classy but not fancy It has a beautiful pool on the Nile It has several restaurants, the Italian one is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone in a taxi 😱and they managed to save my vacation by getting it back in my hands !!!!! This whole vibe is very chill and unpretentious. I will def stay here again . Steve S NYC"

"Everything mad everyone was very very good , had a very good 10 day in Pyramisa and I do recommend this hotel if you in Luxor I didn’t have any problems, whole time was a pleasure . Breakfast very good as well but small suggestion … increase amount of fruits and reduce amount of pastry Besides this all good , coming back again next year"
