"Our room was deplorable. First though, the security door to let you in from parking was broken. Not broken so you couldn't get in, broken so ANYONE could get in. The room was filthy, holes in the furniture, walls, & doors. The lamps did not work, the furniture was thrift shop worthy. I slept on a double bed that screams springs sounds when you moved on it. The floors made our feet dirty. The "assist" tub was a normal tub with a less than stable seat to add from under the sink. There was no Wifi and when I called the desk to talk about things I was told by a staff member that he just works in this substandard hotel and there wasn't anything he could do. Why didn't we leave? We are 70, it was late and we just couldn't see driving around a strange town looking for a place to stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, ever. When asked at the front desk, in the morning, they told me that we stayed, so nothing can be done. Please take this nightmare facility off any and all hotel requests for Tucson Arizona. It has also caused me to lose a little trust in what Expedia is offering. "

"This ittle motel was a great find!! Very unique and comfy rooms. A free adult beverage upon arrival was a nice touch, and the morning oatmeal bar was great!!"

"We were expecting a bit more from this hotel. We let the hotel know in advance that we would be traveling with our pup and received a message confirming that they were pet-friendly and that, upon arrival, we would need to fill out paperwork and pay a pet fee. However, upon arrival, the front staff who checked in my husband seemed surprised that we had a dog, and told him, “Well, you're not really in a pet-friendly room”, which was also on the second floor, not making it the easiest for potty breaks. We've stayed at several hotels with our dog, and most of them provided a dog bed, dog dish, etc for the extra fee - but we didn't receive any “welcome” for our pup. The hotel room was very spacious and overall fit our needs, but it was a bit dated, and we rarely interacted with staff again for the rest of the trip until check-out (when we had to wait for someone to return to the front desk to check us out). Overall, not bad but definitely not welcoming."

"Parking was safe. Room was clean. I’m pretty picky on room cleanliness and always feel like hotel rooms could be cleaner with surfaces being wiped clean. But I did not feel uncomfortable and was able to use shower and bathroom not feeling grossed out. Did not use any other amenities. "

"Some meat options with breakfast would have been nice. Hours of breakfast extended another hour would be great too. Seems like everyone was there at the same time. Very crowded and everything running out. Not enough food or space!"
