The house is perfect for two families of four. The kids all sleep in this funky.middle room that has a pool table and tv. It has everything you need! Its also easynto tie up your boat to the side as long as you have bumpers."

"Nice property. The house has everything you could need. Clear Lake itself is anything but clear for swimming with kids, but we had a lot of fun tubing off the dock. The owners added a ladder on the dock while we were there and that made it much easier to get in and out. There is no beach/walk in access here but the state park nearby is nice."

"It was our first time visiting Clearlake and what a hidden gem it is! The house is very large, accommodated my parents and our 4 kids nicely. The location is so quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the lake and the mountain across from the inside and outside of the house. "Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood - we throughly enjoyed our stay! From catfishing, swimming, soaking up the sun & soaking in the hot tub to sitting by the fire pit, BBQing or simply watching various birds and enjoying all of the beauty nature has to offer at the lake. When the wind picked up or got too warm - my mom (91) could still enjoy the view from the living room through the big windows. Our host Steve, was very responsive & very kind - We look forward to coming back!!"

Roomy, clean, and quiet
"Very quiet despite its location next to a busy road. The new decor is very nice and kept very clean. The walk to restaurants or groceries isn't long, but not very congenial next to so much traffic, so you might end up back in the car. The pool is refreshing on a hot afternoon."
