"Une chambre minuscule avec toutefois une literie excellente. Nous n’avions pas fait attention au descriptif et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une annexe avec une salle de bains minuscule et les toilettes à partager avec les autres chambres de l’annexe. Mauvaise isolation phonique … réveillés par le passage de clients dans l’escalier très grinçant et des suisses allemands longtemps bruyants jusqu’à 2 heures et demi du matin et qui n’avaient visiblement que faire des autres. Seul le petit-déjeuner était excellent. La restauration avait l’air de très bon niveau, mais vu les circonstances, nous avons dîné ailleurs. On est loin des standards d’hospitalité et d’attention accordés au client. Le seul standard bien conforme à l’image suisse réside dans le prix payé. Ancien élève de l’EHL. "

"Je voyageais solo et j’avais la chambre simple avec vue sur les montagnes. La vue était magnifique. L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est gentil et le déjeuner est bien. Je recommence fortement. J’ai également aimé loger au calme dans la petite ville de Wilderswil."
