Amazing place to stay in a quiet area, but only minutes away from the train stations, restaurants, and shopping. They've just redone things and everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were beautiful! We had one of the top floor lofts and literally gasped when we walked in with how nice the room was and how amazing the view was! There is also a really cool cafe/lounge in the first floor, and the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We wish we stayed longer just so we could experience the apartment and the building more!

Great place near the action but not in the midst of it, so it was quiet and peaceful. Hotel is right on the river, with gorgeous views to the south of the peaks. Very helpful, friendly staff, who perform concierge services for tickets etc. Highly recommend.

The rooms abd bathrooms we had were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the front desk was very helpfull. My family got a big surprise immediately after we have checked in. We booked for 5 people and got the top floor suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room and living room. The view from the living room is incredible. We would lay on the sofa and enjoying the beautiful Jungfrau mountain with its snow and glacier for hours. The balcony is expansive with outdoor furniture, and with million dollar view. The property was just remodeled with excellent interior and all new furnitures. The suite is the penthouse unit of a luxury home.

I'm on a Europe trip, and out of four cities across three different countries, this has been the best place I've stayed. Not just because of the recent renovations, but because of how well they maintain the property. This place fully earns my CCN rating: Clean, Comfortable, and Near everything. But I’m giving it a CCN+! The view from room 580 is absolutely stunning, I woke up every day surrounded by the Alps. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. You can walk everywhere, but if you’d rather not, Interlaken gives you a free city pass, yes, free public transportation all around the area! Don’t just take my word for it. Book it and see for yourself (preferably before I book it again!).

Everything is good except that it is kinda tiring for our big family of 9 with young kids to lug 9 big luggages to walk to apartment from train station during arrival and check out. Otherwise , it is perfect as It provides full facilities very suitable for family. The view from room is excelelnt. Get to see mountain and lake.

From the moment we parked outside, you can tell everything about this place was/is done with intention. Beautiful facilities, the room we got was quant but offered stunning views and the location is easily walkable, it gave us the ability to forget we had a car. You can walk directly outside and be on the river paths that lead you immediately into the heart of the town. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and enthusiastically kind. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to any of my friends or family that were going to stay in Interlaken.

Wonderful location, many stores and restaurants. convenient to both train stations. staff helpful in providing direction in arranging an excursion. Rooms were clean and quiet. The Swiss don’t under-feed you so heating up leftovers from the night before in a microwave would be the only suggestion that i would make. If you’re thinking about saving a few francs by dragging your luggage..better be in good shape. $20 chf for a cab…we’ll worth it.

The aparthotel is somewhat dated, but it is situated in an excellent location. Be sure to book a room with a river view. It's on the pricier side, especially considering that room service is not complimentary. Additionally, be aware that the hotel charges a 100 CHF cleaning fee, even though guests are required to dispose of their own trash. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland charged a cleaning fee, and they all included free room service. Furthermore, there is only one bathroom and shower area in the aparthotel, and it is quite small.

Was great that we could get a two bedroom room for us and our kids, with a kitchen. Food in switzerland is quite expensive, so we were able to save money by grocery shopping and preparing our own meals. Unfortunately, it was quite hot during the time we were there, with daytime temperatures around 85 degrees fahrenheit! We had fans, but no AC. We opened the windows for ventilation at night, but for some reason, there was no window nets! This allowed insects to come into our room which bothered us and especially our children! That was my only real issue with this facility, otherwise it was terrific, and the owners were nice and helpful.

The room was in truly fantastic condition, and the host responded to every inquiry immediately. If I come back to Interlaken, I will absolutely stay here again. It never once felt overpriced — it was worth every bit. I genuinely recommend this place.

We were in the loft Suite 580. It was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The deck view and accommodations were outstanding. Unfortunately, during our stay, it rained quite a bit, but overall, the suite was perfect for our family trip. We strongly recommend HOP!
