« Amazing location in a beautiful building. The included parking on site is an excellent benefit for those who wish to explore the surrounding area without having to worry about very expensive parking rates in the Miami area. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable bed and all amenities anyone would need (kitchen, dining, washing facilities, etc). The only negative point I would have is that the shower could be somewhat improved to increase the water pressure as it was quite low....

« It’s a great place to stay! It’s only a 10$ Lyft from anywhere you need to go! You could walk to brickell. It’s very nice and the buildings is prolly the best one on the block! »

« This place was more than I expected. The washer dryer in the unit was very convenient. Parking was a little pricy but necessary if u rent a car. Overall the place was spacious clean and great location. Gym and pool were nice bonuses . I plan on staying there again when I come back to Miami . Great bargain . »

« Loved this property. My family had an amazing time. Only issues i had was i couldnt initially connect to the Wifi, and how long it took for deposit to return back to my account. Other than that...i highly recommend this stay because it was super clean and near everything!! »

« Checking in was fine. However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work).
