"Everything with our stay was top notch! The house is inviting and comfortable, well decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, with little traffic and easy in and out. The host could not have been more friendly, and communication was excellent! We had a great stay, and I 100% recommend Melva's Place!"

"We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away. Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to sleep fast, Their shuttle runs 24/7 so that’s a big plus. And the shuttle driver was amazing! But the room needed to be better prepared."

"Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk team is amazing, so glad to be staying at another Hilton property! "

"The pool was full of grease and slime and too many chemicals. They told us the children could not swim although when we called they said the pool was doing great. The room was 79° turned on the air conditioner. It went up to 84. They didn’t give us our money back. Nor did they fix anything. They were not able to accommodate our four person party in another room. Like I said no refund. "
