"This cozy cabin was perfect for our little getaway of 3 adults. It was very comfortable & well stocked in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The lake & boat dock area were nice and might be a bit of a hike for some. The cabin is centrally located to all parts of Shawnee National Forest attractions. Highly recommend!"

"The owner canceled on us one hour before we were supposed to be there. The house was flea infested. We did get a full refund. But I had to book a hotel at short notice and nobody from hotels.com or the person that I rented from felt obligated to compensate the difference of the hotel room I had to book instead of the house I had set up rent. I spent many hours on the phone because I had to cancel through hotels.com and the company called Evolve. The people I talk to at evolve felt they were not...
