"Hotel is well managed with a responsive staff. The location is in a quiet diplomatic area of Zamalek within an easy walk to the more bustling areas, so felt very secure and safe. The property and room itself is a bit dated although still reasonably well maintained and clean."

"Don't take credit card though it is stated on the reservation confirmation that it is an option?! Breakfast is pretty basic. The location is great, clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and kind (but depends who is attending)."

"Property location was bang on the nile with a beautiful view. Overall it was a lovely stay. Everyone there helped us out with excursions, advice and provided great customer service. Even though we got there after midnight they were still very accommodating. Would recommend informing them what time you will be arriving roughly so they know Would defo stay again. One thing to bear in mind, Egyptian cleanliness standards are pretty low in general all over the country, so dont judge!"
