Staff are amazing with quick responses to requests and very generous with their time in giving advice and service. Room service very prompt. Room is really spacious, clean and well organized- feels like a small apartment. One of the best hotels I stayed in. Has 3 different restaurants including Egyptian, asian and western food choices. We chose St Regis for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. Pricier than our normal hotel choice but well worth it if it fits your budget. We will not soon forget our experience at the St. Regis.

Excellent service, amazing rooms, great amenities. A bit pricey for food but it is among the highest quality hotels you will find in Egypt. We have stayed at several hotels there and have seen the overall landscape of hospitality in Egypt (our native country) evolve over the last few decades. The St. Regis has 2- and 3-bedroom apartment suites with full kitchens and a panoramic Nile view, something you simply don't find anywhere in a hotel chain. When you consider the price for anything similar (or even 2 1-bedroom suites in another hotel), the St. Regis is an amazing deal for a great experience! This was our 2nd stay there in the last 2 years and we will be back!

Excellent experience

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the initial greeting at reception with the butler service, to the unbelievable hospitality each staff member provided. I came alone this trip, but I will definitely come back with my family so that they can get to enjoy the same exceptional experience.

If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would! Beyond excellent experience! Not only is the hotel STUNNING, but the service is impressive! We stayed five nights and were pampered beyond belief! From the waiters to the pool staff, the front desk to the concierge, the butler to the valets, the housekeeping to the chef himself, all without exception showed a level of professionalism that we have seldom come across. They knew how to make us feel welcome and special! Bravo to all the personnel of St. Regis Cairo! When we come back to this exciting city, we will most definitely stay at your hotel again. THANK YOU!

Egyptian dream! Impeccable and Exquisite

Impeccable, exquisite, truly magical. Service and place is truly 5 star. Superb luxury hotel. They went above and beyond on service and caring ! Welcoming me with red rose petals writing out the words,” welcome” on my bed and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. And if that wasn’t amazing enough they had little pastries which I had tastes of! 1st sugar sweets I have had in 40 years and worth it to partake in such caring and abundance. The spa in the hotel is beyond words. A must to have a spa treatment of many choices. The steam room and jacuzzi are complimentary. The restaurants are excellent and the views of the Nile from the restaurants and gorgeous pool was mesmerizing! As was the interior hotel decor which is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are great with a great large tub and a separate shower area. This is my first review ever and I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. You will have a wonderful stay.

Everything about the St.Regis was PERFECT. My guest experience started before my travel began, customer service was amazing via email when I requested an early check and also let Them know I was coming in for my birthday. Upon arrival, Checking was a breeze they had my room ready and it didn't stop there they decorated my room for my birthday, and also the butler personally sang me happy birthday. It gets better one morning I was doing my hair and my US appliances didn’t fit the outlet the butler let me hold his personal converter to use. I left my room upon my return they had built me my own vanity. That's just the in-room experience. Both restaurants I tried on property and room service were top tier JG steak house has a special place in my heart for the molten chocolate cake it was to die for. Then the spa experience ,Chefs kiss. It was no stone left unturned. I cannot wait to return this was my longest trip away from home and the St.regis made my stay feel like I wasn't gone at all I can not thank the staff enough for their hospitality. I will see you guys soon
