Round trip 8 miles/4,5 hours. On the website it says strenuous hike! In my opinion it was moderate. I have climbed Mt. Washington, NH, it took me 4h to finish it, and it was strenuous up hill hiking (in my opinion). This one on the other hand is a nice hike with ups and downs, with many view points. If you don't mind hiking long distances you will enjoy this hike very much!
