Checked in early and was given a room that I wasn't happy with as the view was disappointing and I had paid for a view. Cynthia was on the front desk and was very understanding she allowed me to stay in the room until one came available and then changed my room. The room was amazing and so was the room.

The air conditioner in our room was very loud and has difficulty cooling the room.
