I loved this amazing historic beautiful hotel with spacious modernly fitted rooms, the sweetest staff and an outstanding restaurant in a medieval cavern.

Great place located in a real citadel. Impressive how they were able to integrate all the facilities in this round fortress. The restaurant has an excellent cook and the service is very friendly.

A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Stay here if you want amazing value in a clean, modern, hotel with well equipped rooms. You're only steps away from the city center. The staff was so helpful. I pulled a huge blunder and forgot an envelope with a considerable amount of money in my room. The cleaning staff could have kept it, but the front desk staff called us to let us know about it and made arrangements to have it returned.

I have had the opportunity to stay at this property three different times and find it elegant, efficient and unique. It's truly a boutique hotel with the advantgesnthat the bigger properties / brands including Fairmont and Hilton just cannot offer. It provides a personal experience and the room comfort and maintainance definitely justify the hotel prices. Hotel was great, room was amazing and very clean. Mini bar had great prices and the room service breakfast was good as well. Would stay here again.

Well, it was tough finding the place. You have to beware there are two Taras Shevchenko streets. This one is on the "boulevard" and the other is about 1km down Xreshchatyk. Find the Maidan, then find McDonalds and you are 5 minutes away. If you are at the bank, you're wrong.

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. I had a room facing the square. The staff and helpful. Worth the trip from Canada to land in a cozy hotel like this one
