Independent entrance, access by a few steps. Ground floor: kitchen - living room - living room opening onto a balcony - terrace, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, WC, storeroom. Covered hot tub. Storage for bikes and skis. Private parking space 10 meters away. Located on the heights of Ugine, in the residential district of Outrechaise, the apartment enjoys a beautiful view of the Mont Charvin massif. A gite tastefully renovated by Nicole and Alain including a very spacious living room for 4 people. Concerned about the comfort of its guests, everything is included, perfect for a quality stay. Note, the south-facing terrace and the garden, great assets for sunny days to enjoy the evenings around a good barbecue!
