He came and not only helped take it off but fixed it right there on the mountain, disaster avoided. The place was as advertised with a beautiful deck and a great view. The outdoor shower was a nice amenity, along with a well stocked kitchen. The site manager was very responsive and helpful. I got stung by a wasp going down the stairs, so be careful of nests there. Also, water is not potable so will need to bring your own water. They provided beach towels, chairs, and a mini cooler for days at the beach. There is a grill on the front deck and chairs/table/umbrella and lounging chairs on the back deck out from the bedroom.
