"The check in attendant was very rude to every one checking in, including us. The room had an inch thick of dust along the sides of the actual bed and behind all of the drawers and the bed. I bet the room hadn’t been dusted in years, except for the obvious things (sheets/linens and bathroom.) These things don’t have to get cleaned but once or twice a year. So that means a lot of corner cutting. Nice hotel otherwise, really trying to be an upscale stay but upscale hotels never let their guard down in any facet of their business."

"Smelled really bad like someone had been smoking/vaping but what made it worse was the heavy air freshener trying to mask the smoke smell. Unfortunately this was one of those "you get what you pay for." The rooms are rough, didn't even want to use the shower but the worse part was by far the smell. The area and people loitering around the parking lot looked very sketchy."

"Our plane was late and when we called for a shuttle there was NO shuttle. They quit shuttle service at midnight and nowhere is that stated. We had run around trying to find an uber. The uber driver told us that the front desk should have told us to take an Alamo shuttle since they are right next door to the hotel. We had not way of knowing."
