There are three bedrooms each with their own large closet. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with modern walk-in shower and large TV. The living room includes a TV with reclining loveseat chairs perfect for lounging, along with a large armchair providing plenty of space for company. The dining room has a contemporary light fixture that gives ambiance to any dining party. The kitchen is equipped with restaurant quality appliances, coffee bar, and a bar top with three bar stools as well as a TV. The kitchen opens up to a second living area. The second living area has two swivel chairs looking out into the backyard where you can relax with a cocktail. There is also a workspace in the second living area. You have full access to a private backyard. Two car garage. She was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to show how important the guests were. We were there on business and had an extremely heavy schedule and the house was perfect for our needs. It is situated in a nice residential area with convenient access. There is a pretty, quiet, and large private back yard with a breakfast table outside. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely furnished. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Tyler.
