IBeautiful new house, centrally located. Close to hospitals, loop 323, shopping and dinning. Open floor plan, fast wifi 400mbps! Easy access with digital lock. Come and go as you please. Comfortable beds, linens and pillows. We also have 2 other properties a couple houses down call stay @newmo and stay @vine so reach out to us if you’re needing a place. We opened a new one right in front of Faulkner park as well! 😀

Nice house

A very nice stay here for our sister’s wedding. The area was pleasant and safe, the house had everything we needed, the accommodations were comfortable and clean, and we would stay there again.

Excellent home away from home!

Spacious & clean house

A group of friends stayed here while visiting a friend in Tyler. It is in a great location and new neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of beds and bathrooms - great spot for a group and convenient to anywhere you need to go!

Great house

A great place to stay. House has lots of beds and gathering space. When we first walked in the place smelled clean. Pleased with both stays in Tyler on the way to and from a conference.

Great property!

House was very clean and in a great little neighborhood! We stayed there for a weekend of wedding festivities and enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property! :)

Very pleasant stay

We had a large group of family (11 people) that had to make a short trip. This ended up being a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to visit, relax, and spend time together. Check in an check out process was easy and the communication from the hosts was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Thanksgiving with family in TX

We had a wonderful time visiting our family for Thanksgiving. The property was well appointed and very comfortable. We had six adults in the house and it was very comfortable and clean. The location was great for us to go to relatives homes and serve as a comfortable retreat after long days of family and food. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Wish my home was this nice and comfortable! Bedrooms especially roomy compared to mine. Maria was very helpful, can't say enough good. Hope we left it fairly clean.

Home in Tyler

Logan and Carmen are outstanding hosts. We had to extend our stay an extra day last minute and they were able to accommodate us. The property is as listed, very spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying here without question. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time there the house had everything we needed and very roomy for everyone the house beautiful as listed well stocked beds was very comfortable thank you for sharing your home with we were very close to the water park, u-jump,and the zoo we loved it we will be renting again Thanks

Lots of room!

Just a great place to call home for a week. Nice house with lots of bedrooms as well as room to spread out in the main living area. The backyard was just big enough for our highly competitive game of washers and I enjoyed listening to the birds sitting on the patio in the mornings. Location was central to all of our activities. Would book again if we return to Tyler, TX.

A couple of dogs and 7 people except when it was game night and then 7 became 17 and it still worked. Good host, good communication and easy checkin and out.

Great rental

We had five adults in town for a wedding. The house is very centrally located in Tyler and a short drive to just about anything. Plenty of bed space. Great communication with owner. I highly recommend it.

Christmas in Tyler

Very impressed w property! The open concept allowed up to be in one space w/out being on top of each other (7 ppl 2 dogs) and felt like we were in our own home. Kitchen is well supplied (dishes, pots/pans, did not need to run out to get anything!) Communication was excellent and ck in super easy, no last minute surprises. Would recommend this home to everyone… thank you home owner!

Logan and Carmen are GREAT!

We stayed at Logan and Carmen's place with our friends and some family members and had the best experience imaginable. The house is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and major roads. We loved the small details like 2 coffee makers and coffee with plenty of sugar and cream! Cute neighborhood, friendly neighbors and a nice covered patio out back made for a homey feel. Can't say enough about the hosts' responsiveness, kindness and the pride they take in ensuring the house was clean and well stocked with linens. We highly recommend staying here for any occasion.
