« Beautiful, quirky, quiet neighborhood in a gorgeous setting. This little house is a gem with everything you might want. And, the huge back deck was a lovely extended outdoor living space. When I reserved this home, there was not a photo of the kitchen on the listing, but the kitchen is also great and stocked with all the basics. We are already planning to come back next year. »

« Our stay in government camp was great at this cabin! Very close to mount hood hikes and activities as well as only an hourish drive from portland! Blane was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was well kept and perfect for the 2 of us staying. The bed was exceptionally comfy. Also, the surrounding town is very cute with several options of places to eat and a general store that had everything you could need! »

« The pictures don’t do this place justice. The cabin is much larger than I expected it accommodated our group of 8 perfectly, there was ample room and a cozy atmosphere with vintage woodsy decor that felt like it had a history. The natural surroundings and sounds of the flowing creek created a magical feeling the grounds made a perfect place to have fun with our family and enjoy the outdoors. A fire pit outside kept us warm at night and the conversations flowing. The gazebo that sits feet away...

« Had a great week long stay with our two children for a week of skiing. Plenty of (clean) space for all of your gear and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Loved the location in Govy and the clear view of Mt. Hood just steps out your door. Cozy wood stove and leather furniture. Cabin was charming and we would definitely stay again! »
