Shuttle service makes it easy to access Timberline Lodge and Mt. Hood Meadows, while Snow Bunny ski area is only minutes away for beginners and kids. Summer brings hiking and biking trails right from the resort, with easy drives to Trillium Lake, Zigzag Mountain, Salmon River, and the Sandy River. Whether you’re skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, or simply relaxing in a hot tub, this is the perfect home base for your Mt. Hood adventure. House Rules – Important Things to Know We are long-time Superhosts, not a property management company. These are our personal homes, and we host with care to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. The rules below highlight the most important items. All stays are also governed by our full Short-Term Rental Agreement, which you will be asked to sign after booking. Primary Renter Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking and must be present throughout the stay.
