The only issues I saw were a few cleaning things. There was a wash cloth left in the bathroom. The old shower curtain was left sitting in bedroom. And there was dirty dishes in the silverware drawer. As far as Tybee island goes it was great. The parking is horrible and the pelican is about a 30 min walk to the beach. So you have to park in town. He answered my pre-booking questions quickly and his instructions for check in and out are very clear. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The deck is nice for lounging. Plenty of parking for our 18’ boat, two refrigerators, tons of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, bed was very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the sofas and TV are new from the pictures. Crab Shack restaurant has yummy food and drinks plus you can meet the locals. Jimmy mentioned the kitchen is being renovated this fall which will make the place perfect.
