"The house was absolutely lovely located at the top of a hill overlooking the countryside and the lake below. Our multi-generational family had a great stay, enjoying day trips to nearby towns, swimming in the pool and evening meals on the terrace. The house has everything you might need, the host is very responsive and gives lots of great tips and we would return to spend a another vacation there in a minute!"

The weather was warm for mid-September, and we refreshed ourselves in the pool most afternoons. The house is pleasant and comfortable, but it is the expansive gardens, outside seating areas, and incredible views that made the experience truly exceptional. "Lovely property in a fantastic location far from the Madding Crowd, not that we found a crowd anywhere we visited. The only problem we encountered was the aggressive mosquitoes which stopped us using the pool. Other than that it was a great week away."

"Great campsite, beautiful location and not crowded. Lovely pool, good playground and beautiful beach and lakeside area. Port at 1 minute walk with ferries to Isola Maggiore, Passignano and Castiglione. Tuoro train station at 5 minutes walk, so Perugia and Arezzo at 30 minutes. Albeit few trains stop at Tuoro. Two supermarkets at 10 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant; hard to persuade the children to leave the campsite. Overall, excellent and would consider going again! "
