"Motel was convenient and accessible. Parking in front of room made it easy to load/unload. Staff was helpful and secured a first floor room as requested. Room was clean overall: some cobwebs above shower and several insects were seen in room. Appreciated that motel was pet-friendly with no additional fee."

"This is our 2nd time visiting this resort and I love how clean the suites are and you have plenty of space. I love how quiet and clean the lake areas are and they have things to do around the lake. The host/ owner are always nice and available for any questions you may have. I like having the option to complete my reservation form in advance so you don't have to go to the office once you arrive, they send your door code to your phone. The policy and rules are straight forward and available in your suite or cabin, so no guessing as to what's allowed and what is not. For the price, it's well worth it. I will be going back later this year."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Bluff house! The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, had gorgeous views, and was located in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with so many options for cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable.The host also provided the cutest welcome gifts, which was such a thoughtful touch. She had a gift for the bride and adorable flip flops for the bridesmaids. We especially appreciated the abundance of toiletries available throughout the home.We did have an issue with the hot tub losing water twice, but the hosts responded quickly each time and came right over to take care of it. Their responsiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated.We would absolutely recommend this property for either a relaxing weekend getaway or a full week at the lake! The sunset view from the deck is gorgeous! Our only regret was that we didn’t get to stay longer!"

"We checked in and dropped off our bag on way to concert. The young lady and gentleman were super nice at check-in. We didn't check out the room until we arrived back from concert. Once inside we found the below issues. One bed did not have linens changed. There was food under the dirty sheets. No pillow on second bed and were in the chair with out pillow coverings. The faucet in shower is pulled loose from wall and the Toilet paper holder is broken off wall. The microwave has exploded food all over the inside, the refrigerator is filthy with food wrapers kids drink bottle and food inside. The freezer looks like something also exploded inside. This is highly unacceptable for human habitation. How could you put people in a room that had not been cleaned!?!? I called (at midnight) when we got to the room to the front desk and the gentleman who answered refused to work with me about the room. He would not even come to see what I was talking about. I asked to speak with manager and he said he was but when we went to the office all was locked up and there wasn't a manager on sight and I needed to call the people I booked through so I did and they tried multiple times calling the office while I was on the phone but they would not pick up. Now we have to drive back to Kansas city because there isn't another room available."

"We visited as a family of six, so it was very spacious. It was a wonderful stay with beautiful views. Unfortunately, it was too cloudy to witness the sunset or sunrise, but we still had a great time. Anthony had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend for a staycation."
