Small hotel with good food options. Late night deserts and real breakfast. Really close to many downtown locations. Great little place.

We booked this hotel upon finding out that my father in law died unexpectedly in a horrible accident. My husband drive over 12 hours with a truck and trailer to find out that parking on site could not accommodate this. I attempted to cancel upon his arrival and finding out at 3 am. They said to call back in the morning to talk to manager and grant an exception. We have attempted several times since then with no response. Definitely not a company I support in how they treat their clientele.

I had absolutely ZERO hot water. MY colleague across the hall had hot water in their hotel, but mine room did not have hot water, either in the afternoon around 4pm or in the eary AM when I had to get ready to catch a flight. Very inconvenient.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt! Very clean property and rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also the best I’ve had at a hotel. Overall very pleased!

I hate that I can't give them all 5 stars because the staff was very friendly and the accommodations are beautiful. But, our air conditioner was messed and made loud noises all night. To be fair, I didn't tell them and give them a chance to fix anything. I told them the next morning and they apologized. We will stay there again!

It was a wonderful experience and the view is amazing but the parking is horrible unless you pay an extra 26 dollars for valet parking

Only parking is curbside valet.. great staff, but the extra $28 a day for the valet might have persuaded my stay somewhere else. Bit this was not listed while viewing rooms
