The property is under renovation and every where is dusty. I booked for a King single room but was given a twin bed room and the staff lied that it was what Expedia booked with. When I showed him my reservation from Expedia he flipped saying his colleague switched the room.

Have used Embassy Suites for 14 years when traveling. Always clean, good food, happy hours et. This time the facility was doing construction but l. lobby and food area so cold I had to wear a robe over my clothes to go ear and 2. NO CNN or active sports channels available. Was told TV channels were changed because of daily construction workers. We as guests felt like TV should have been a benefit for the guests not modified for the workers. Lobby area temperature must be changed.

I have been staying at the Embassy Suites every time we were in Tulsa since I was a young girl in the late 80’s.. It was my mother favorite place to stay when we’d come to town. The location is the perfect place to stay. From shopping, to eating, to play for the you and old alike. Every room I have ever stayed in is very spacious. I’ve slept 2-6 and all slept great. Even the pull out sofa. They were in the middle of a big update and remodel of the rooms our last stay in July. We hardly noticed It was so quiet during our stay. We’re coming back to town in October for a concert @Bok. I can’t wait to see what they’ve gotten done since our last stay. I know we’ll be using the hot tub and pool. Both have a chair lift that allows me to get in and out so easy. Embassy Suites is one of the few motels I have found that have accessible for guests with the need. One thing’s for sure, the breakfast is always amazing and so is the staff. ♥️

The service was amazing and the room was great. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelets they fix. The pool was nice but the water was not the cleanest. Overall the experience was good though thanks to the clean and awesome service.
