Overall the hotel was nice! Everything was really clean and the staff was great. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable, but I would stay here again for a 1 or 2 night stay!

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but not maintained to the standard to which we are accustomed. The pancake machine, for instance, was out of batter, and there was no attendant standing around to change the bag, necessitating the choosing of an alternative. No salt and pepper packets anywhere. Cinnamon rolls were burnt and crusty. Tables were dirty, and trash receptacles were stuffed. Also, the noise level in the lobby was a little much with TV news and pop music and loud staff conversations all going at once. Still, the front desk staff was extremely inviting and friendly, and that felt good after a long day of driving and before another long day of travel.

I apologize that expedia mislead you to believe our pool was in operation. It is a seasonal pool but hope you can come back when it is operating.

The lady at the front desk was very kind. I enjoyed chatting with her. My young daughter left a necklace there that is special to her. The housekeeper had found it and taken it to the mange. I asked if they would mail it to me, but they wanted a CC. I asked that they call me when they were ready to do postage, so my number wouldn’t be written down. They ended up just mailing it back to us. Very much appreciated and excited when it showed up!

The property was just fine. It’s a Holiday Inn. The trouble was a checkin. The lady was nice. She just wouldn’t listen. It was this whole thing. A hassle. She ended up yelling at the 3rd party vendor and meanwhile we had just drove 15 hours and wanted to rest. It took a good 20 min to check in but eventually we got past her and all of that. Beds are fine. Shower is good. Restaurants all around. Listening is a lost art. 💁‍♀️

Bed was terrible. Very hard. Shower was terrible. Water came out in a dribble. These two items made our stay unacceptable.

Upon arrival I was given a handicap room next to the elevators. When I asked for another room, it was taken care of promptly. Clean and comfortable stay! Great breakfast options! Walking distance to several restaurants. Really enjoyed my 2 night stay!
