"I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. "Beautiful small townhome, we tried to communicate for check in information. Nothing was emailed to us until around noon the day of check-in. We had emailed earlier on the day and it took a few hours to respond. Entrance os on the front bit you can’t park there you have to park around the building in a small incline not sit able for an older person or a person with difficulty walking. Place was lovely and clean, quiet area."
