Come here to enjoy a classically welcoming hotel , meticulously designed to highlight the Austrian beauty of a water facing palace. Our room had a small elegant sitting area and a beautiful bedroom. We loved sitting in the charming lobby under exquisite chandeliers sipping Aperols. This hotel was an easy walk to the grand plazas . This was our second visit!. Grazie mille

Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). A short walk from the train station and the ferry pier, the location is great. The room is spotless, spacious and stylishly decorated. The bed is comfortable. Whatever scent they use for the toiletries, are very nice. It’s also very quiet in the room. Staff at the lobby on the first floor was also very helpful and friendly.

Lots of space and microwave for convenience and fridge

we arrived late and the person at the reception was very welcoming . He helped us with the luggage explain everything concerning the hotel . we were very tired and we really appreciated his kindness. We were very happy that the internet worked very well !!! we were not expecting that , it was a very nice surprise!!! the room was very clean and confortable. we slept very well.

Extremely quiet room in a great part of the city. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating with our late arrival. Comfy beds and good sleep.

Great location, easy walk to city centre

Our bedroom was small but its design makes the most of the space creatively and efficiently. The trade-off is an excellent location such that all our desired destinations were within walking distance. The dining room is above a Roman ruin, which is visible below a glass floor. The staff was extremely accommodating, even at 5am on a Sunday morning, when we had to leave to catch a flight. Would happily rebook!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful but the surprise was the gorgeous beach club available to guests. 10/10
