"The rooms were nicely appointed. Breakfast excellent. Service excellent. They weren’t above and beyond to help. Only issue was the safes they are hard to use, but the staff was great and got it open for us! Great city, food and people."

"Excellent location as very central but very quiet. Room was comfortable and cool despite the extreme heat outside, good breakfast and very helpful staff on Reception. Housekeeping seem to do an amazing job as everywhere looked very well cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"great location but noise from people yeilling on the streets at night. it had free washing machine inside and rack to dry clothes very useful in between cruises."

"The hotel is centrally located close to all sights by foot. The room was comfortable and modern, the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel was everything that you would want, but in particular the staff were welcoming and friendly, including reception and in particular the breakfast team. I would definitely stay here again."

"Exceptional service at this luxurious haven in the middle of the city. The team members on reception were fantastic and Alessandra went above and beyond, helping me son arrival with some specific requirements. Excellent breakfast with great coffee, seasonal fruit and healthy yogurts, not just the more decadent options. (If that is your bag, the selection of homemade breakfast cakes did look exceptional, too!) The rooms are gorgeous."
