"Clean, quiet room."

"Breakfast was okay. Place was super busy. I was told to let you know from the front desk that there was no TV the entire stay. The whole 4th floor was out. They said you should do some type of refund for the inconvenience. They couldn’t do it cause of the 3rd party."

My key card wouldn’t work so I came to the front desk to have it fixed and waited at least 20 minutes after hollering, calling the office phone until one guy came out, said he works the 3rd shift but was helping with something in the other room. This was roughly 7pm guy seemed high on something. Not very satisfied "

"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the dishes were visibly dirty—some looked like they had been used and simply put back without being cleaned. Several glasses even had lipstick residue on them. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told to just run everything through the dishwasher ourselves, which was unacceptable. The pool was another major issue. It was not heated as advertised and was extremely dirty—so much so that you couldn’t see clearly even while wearing goggles. After swimming, my kids—who normally love the water—left the pool itching, which was very concerning. We asked about moving to the sister property next door due to these conditions, but were told that wasn’t an option unless we were willing to forfeit any refund. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic cleanliness standards, and we left very disappointed."
