Ideal place to stay. New!! Clean. Very helpful staff. Delicious and clean breakfast included with the stay. Hotel taxi is costlier. I took red can all the time. Great bed and pillows. Slept like baby. Strongly recommended. Nicely located in the middle of a strip mall with all kinds of restaurants. Walmart just across. Will stay there again and again.

We stayed here as a one night stop over on way to Caribbean side. The staff was kind and and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. We felt safe and got a good nights rest. Free breakfast was yummy. Would recommend this hotel as a stop over

Lovely and architecturally unique property with in the heart is downtown San Jose. Fabulous breakfast and lovely restaurant and bar.

Let's start off by saying this building has been completely renovated and it is state of the art. Rooms are modern,new, and clean. Our window looked out to the square and the national theatre. The windows are double so you cannot hear anything from outside, even with a packed square. San Jose is not the best city and downtown is not great for shopping even though there is a lot of shopping around. This property exceeded our expectations. The checkin and out was seamless. All of the staff on site were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, the pool was a relaxing oasis and the excursions offered made our experiences memorable. We highly recommend this resort!

Casa 69 is a boutique hotel with the warm, homey feel of an Airbnb. The owner, is on site. The email communications were very good. We really enjoyed our stay at Isla Verde. The staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean and modern, breakfasts were delicious. On the days that we had to leave before breakfast was served, the hotel staff prepared snack bags for us, which were really appreciated. Definitely worth staying in this hotel. Great location with a walking distance to great restaurants and stores. It also comes with the best views you can get. This is one of the best hotels in San Jose.

This is clearly a hotel with style ambience and the best staff. We had the garden suite and it was probably one of the best rooms we have every stayed in. Staff are so nice !!

Beautiful grounds with pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a la Carte and good. Friendly staff. The second floor stairs although beautiful were squeeky. Loved the Cathedral ceilings and balcony. Near a busy street but the rooms were very sound proof. Beds were ok.
