"Staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Ollie and Will ran the bar with excellent customer service skills. Room was nice and spacious with plenty of toiletries etc and nice fluffy towels. Spa was disappointing, only has a steam room and a sauna, had expected more rooms after such a major refuribshment/investment. £20 for use of one outdoor hydro pool is a bit epxensive. "

"Vavasour House is clean, comfortable and cosy. Our hosts were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped so we had no problems preparing and cooking our Christmas Day dinner. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed taking walks along the nearby river - there are numerous footpaths through the Red House Estate."
