I anticipated more noise, as it is in an area near the hospital however, it was very quiet. The cleanliness of the entire condo was stellar. The little extras, such as a soft throw to cover up while reading, water in the fridge, and local coffee was wonderful to have after a 16-hour drive. Traverse City offers much to do but to have a comfortable place to retreat to made the trip better. I would highly recommend. Communication and response time with the host was impeccable. The only negative is the parking space, which is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. This was communicated to us ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The only criticism we had is there was no outdoor space we felt we could relax in away from the building itself. There is a small table and two chairs situated on the sidewalk near all the entrances to the units, but it would have been nice to have a small area or even a picnic table somewhere in the yard where you could relax outside without worrying about bothering others.
