« Our communication with the staff was not good. Only communication is through the app. It was different people responding. Property had lights that weren't working, appliances that weren't working. The T.V didn't work. We communicated it with management team on the app. No one got back to us until 3 days later. By the time they can send somebody to fix the issues it was already our last night. « Property was amazing! The only thing I could say wrong was the refrigerator froze all our food even though the temperature was on the highest setting for it to be warm not cold. And the hot water could have been a little hotter but other than that it was amazing place to stay and safe neighborhood! »
